The Group has been successfully active since 1998 in the real estate sector, focusing on the study, planning, construction, operation, and sale of various types of properties, including tourist complexes, residences, villas, and industrial processing facilities.
For more than 15 years, the Group—through its subsidiaries—has also operated in the renewable energy sector, specializing in the production of electricity through PV (Solar) systems. Activities include design, licensing, construction, and operation of photovoltaic projects.
The Group owns solar parks with a total capacity of 13 MWp in Northern Greece, which were gradually commissioned from 2010 to 2020. All projects operate successfully with exceptionally high availability levels of 99.9%, attributed to consistent monitoring, systematic maintenance, and the use of top-tier components during construction.
In addition, the Group is currently constructing solar parks with a total capacity of 88.65 MWp (as part of a joint application — clusters totaling 250 MWp), and holds eight (8) production licenses for battery storage systems with a total capacity of 192 MW / 480 MWh.
